He’s committed to quality and high standards when it comes to design.  In doing so, he designs homes that work.  David C Wester has numerous journeymen tickets and understands the ‘trickle down’ effect of having a bad design for every trade that follows.  He takes into consideration where heating ducts should run, plumbing lines and so forth.


He’s also up to date with new technology in the home building industry and has adapted designs for various changes.  The most significant change in the industry is designing homes with the Insulated Concrete Forms or better known as ICF.  This building system has unlimited possibilities. In 2005, David C Wester, designed a concrete floor system to go along with the ICF block system.  By doing this, he is able to gain additional living space where previously unfeasible.  Media rooms under garage slabs, shops under garages, extending decks that encompass additional basement space, adds a new dimension to your home.  Every square inch of your home can be utilized.
